EduTech IT provides a comprehensive warranty on all systems supplied by us.
Any hardware issues which may arise with our systems that aren’t quickly solvable will not be debated endlessly on the phone, but will result in a fast response site visit. We aim for same day response but we guarantee to be on-site the next day.
All systems, (excluding some laptops), are covered for three years. We will replace any failed parts as soon as humanly possible, generally the same day, unless deliberately damaged by an individual.
We do not just supply boxes. If you purchase from EduTech you will receive the very best service.
All prices for systems quoted by EduTech automatically include this long term warranty.
Downtime is the enemy of all ICT suites and even one workstation down can create disruption within a classroom. We understand this, which is why we are always on hand to be of service.

As we only work in schools, we are familiar with some the difficulties they face when the network goes down.
Even if the equipment that has failed is not our own we will do everything within our power to sort out the problem: this can be as simple as contacting your supplier on your behalf, (‘tech speak’ and gobbledegook as a smokescreen to avoid responsibility does not work with us!).
We can provide technicians for specific tasks on an hourly basis. It is obviously much cheaper in the long run to have a support contract but if you are new to us and have an emergency, we will still be there for you.
